World number one Schwentek lost to Korna at Wimbledon and ended a 37-game winning streak

The world’s first polka racket Iga Schwentek defeated by the French Alize Cornet in the third round of the Wimbledon tennis tournament.

The match ended 6:4, 6:2 in favor of Cornet, 37th in the world ranking. The match lasted 1h32.

The French interrupted the streak of 37 consecutive victories of the 21-year-old Polish tennis player.

Cornet’s next opponent at Wimbledon will be Australia’s Ayla Tomljanovich.
