The Ukrainian beat the second seed, Briton Dart, in two sets
Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snigur made it to the finals of the tournament ITF W60 in Scottish Glasgow.
In the semi-final match, Daria managed to defeat the second racket of the tournament, Harriet Dart from Great Britain. The fight lasted a little less than an hour and a half.
The Ukrainian immediately started with a game won on her opponent’s serve. Dart could have turned the tide of the set when the score was 3:4, she was on the verge of a break three times, but never made it. In the second game, Snigur got the decisive break point with the score 4:4, the rest was a matter of technique.
Twice 6:4 – and the Ukrainian tennis player is in the final, where the winner of the duel between Minge Su (Great Britain) and Mona Barthel (Belgium) awaits.
