In the final, they faced the Japanese duo of Miya Kato and Aldila Sutjiadi of Indonesia. The match lasted 1 hour 13 minutes and ended in favor of the Russian-Brazilian couple with a score of 6:3, 6:3.
Earlier in the day, Beatrice Haddad Maya won the WTA Elite Trophy singles title by defeating China’s Zheng Qingwen 7-6 (13-11), 7-6 (7-4) in the final.
