The Russians will participate in the quarter-finals of the ATP-250 tournament in Metz (France).
“Khachanov is the favorite for the match with Shevchenko. I think we are going to have an interesting match with a good match. Karen is definitely stronger than Alexander. Surprises at the end of the season are possible, but Karen is the favorite for me, Olkhovsky is quoted as saying by “Championship.”
The match between Shevchenko and Khachanov will take place today, November 9, and will start no earlier than 16:00 Moscow time. Note that these tennis players had never played with a friend before.
Karen Khachanov is currently ranked 15th in the world and Alexander Shevchenko is ranked 63rd in the world rankings.
