Russian Anna Blinkova moved up one place in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings.
In the organization’s updated ranking, the Russian woman took 53rd place. Two other Russians, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova and Kamilla Rakhimova, also moved up one place and occupy 58th and 94th places, respectively.
Lyudmila Samsonova, Daria Kasatkina, Veronika Kudermetova, Ekaterina Alexandrova, Anastasia Potapova and Mirra Andreeva retained their places on the list.
There was no change in the top 10; Iga Swiatek, representing Poland, remains the world’s leading racket. The Belarusian Arina Sabalenka takes second place, the American Cori Gauff closes the leading trio.
