Athletistic/Tennis. Polish tennis player Hubert Hurkacz will replace Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas at the upcoming ATP Finals Championships, the ATP Tour announced.

Today, November 14, Stefanos Tsitsipas was forced to withdraw from the match against Danish representative Holger Rune. Their confrontation ended after three matches, which lasted 17 minutes. In the next match, which will take place on November 16, Hurkacz will play with the world’s first racket, Novak Djokovic. However, it should be noted that Hurkac won’t even have a theoretical chance of reaching the tournament playoffs.

Before the start of the final tournament, reports emerged about health problems with Tsitsipas, who finished training ahead of schedule several days in a row. The reason for his refusal to participate in the second match of the tournament was back problems.

It is important to note that the current ATP Final Championship champion is Novak Djokovic.
