Sinner won all three matches in the green group and advanced to the tournament semifinals from first place.
The ATP Finals 2023 tournament will take place in Turin from November 12 to 19. The Red Group includes Russians Andrei Rublev and Daniil Medvedev. The winner could win more than $4.8 million. Last year, Djokovic became the tournament champion.
