Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz reached the semi-finals of the final tournament of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) in Turin.
In the last match of the Red Group, Alcaraz defeated Russian Daniil Medvedev with a score of 6:4, 6:4. The tennis players spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on the court.
The remaining members of the quartet, Russia’s Andrei Rublev and Germany’s Alexander Zverev, will meet again later Friday, both having lost their chances of reaching the playoffs.
