Russian Mirra Andreeva dropped to 11th place in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings.
In the organization’s updated rankings, the 16-year-old athlete moved from 46th to 57th position.
Diana Schneider and Kamilla Rakhimova lost three positions each and found themselves on the 65th and 97th lines of the ranking. Anna Blinkova rose by two positions, Elina Avanesyan – by one.
The rest of the Russians in the top 100 retained their positions. Russia’s top racket remains Lyudmila Samsonova, who is in 16th place.
There was no change in the top 10; Iga Swiatek, representing Poland, remains the world’s leading racket. The Belarusian Arina Sabalenka takes second place, the American Cori Gauff closes the leading trio.
