Athletistic/Tennis. Finalist at Roland-Garros 2021, 2020 Olympic champion in mixed doubles, Russian tennis player Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova is on the list of candidates for the annual Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) award in the Comeback of the Year category.

It is worth noting that Pavlyuchenkova missed a significant part of the 2022 season due to a knee injury, being away from the field for over eight months. In 2023, Anastasia returns to the circuit, starting from 844th position in the world rankings.

Pavlyuchenkova finished the season ranked 58th in the WTA rankings.
