The Ukrainian tennis player may receive a prize for his performances at the professional level in the 2023 season.
Elina Svitolina is in contention for the WTA Comeback of the Year award. The organization nominated the Ukrainian woman for the prestigious prize.
We remind you that in the spring of 2022, the Ukrainian suspended her career due to pregnancy and returned in April 2023.

Elina also won the tournament in Strasbourg and twice knocked her opponents out of the top 10 rankings, including a victory over Iga Swiatek at Wimbledon. As a result, the Ukrainian finished the season in the top 25 of the WTA and in the status of the first racket of Ukraine.
