Russian Diane Schneider lost to Bulgarian representative Victoria Tomova during a tennis tournament match at the Northern Palmyra Trophy in St. Petersburg.
Schneider, who plays for the Sphinx team in the tournament, lost to Tomova of the Lions team on Sunday with a score of 3:6, 0:6. The tennis players spent 1 hour and 11 minutes on the court.
So, in the team confrontation, the “Lions” team secured a victory over the “Sphinxes” – 6: 4.
The Northern Palmyra Trophies tournament will take place in St. Petersburg from December 1 to 3 on the courts of the St. Petersburg Arena sports and concert complex. Athletes from Russia, Kazakhstan, Spain, Serbia, France, Italy and Bulgaria take part in the team tournament.
