The Ukrainian lost to the “neutral” Zaitseva
Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snigur lost in the second round of the tournament ITF 100 V Dubai (UAE).
Daria, seeded number two, was unable to cope with Ksenia Zaitseva, competing under a neutral flag. The meeting lasted a little over an hour.
Snigur started strong – with a break on her opponent’s serve, but immediately lost on her own. The decisive factor was Daria’s failure with the score 3:3 – another break point in favor of Zaitseva.
In the second game, the Ukrainian athlete was unable to turn the tide of the game, taking only two games.

In the latest update of the WTA rankings, Daria immediately lost 13 positions and slipped to 136th place.
