Athletistic/Tennis. Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has criticized the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) for its decision to recognize Darren Cahill and Simone Vagnozzi as coaches of the year for their collaboration with Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner. Djokovic expressed his displeasure that his coach Goran Ivanisevic was ignored in the decision.

On his social networks, Djokovic wrote: “Congratulations Darren and Simone on a great season Yannick! Goran, I think we need to win all four Grand Slams for you to be maybe, just maybe, considered the best coach. Three TSBs, the Final, the first racket in the world at the end of the year and the creation of tennis history are not enough, my dear coach.

Recall that Sinner won the Masters tournament this season, reached the semi-finals of Wimbledon and the final of the ATP Finals. He was also instrumental in Italy’s Davis Cup victory, defeating Novak Djokovic in the singles and doubles semi-finals.
