Russian tennis player Andrei Rublev said he feels more freedom without the Spaniard’s participation Rafael Nadal in tournaments, but noted he was happy to see him return to the circuit.

“I’m happy for Nadal that he’s finally back. But obviously, as a competitor, I feel freer when he’s not there. Tennis will benefit from Rafa’s return. He will bring back a lot of spectators, a lot of fans, especially for his fight with Novak (Djokovic). So it’s great that he’s back,” Rublev said according to The Tennis Letter.
Nadal is a 22-time Grand Slam winner. According to this indicator, among the players on the ATP circuit, he is just behind the Serbian Novak Djokovic (24 years old).
