In the qualifying final, Dayana will play with another Ukrainian Yulia Starodubtseva
Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremskaya reached the final qualifying stage of the tournament WTA 500 V Brisbane.
The Ukrainian easily beat Xie Shuwei from Taiwan. Yastremskaya gave only four games to her opponent per game. Dayana spent less than an hour and a half on the entire fight.
In the final qualifying tournament in Brisbane, Yastremskaya will meet with another Ukrainian, Yulia Starodubtseva. Julia previously beat Australian Maddison Inglis.
Yastremskaya will play in the qualifications of the Australian Open 2024 in January. Katarina Zavatskaya, Yulia Starodubtseva and Daria Snigur will also try to make it into the main draw. Four more Ukrainians entered the main competition at the Australian Open.
