Molchanov dropped out of doubles at the Adelaide tournament

The Ukrainian performed in tandem with Nikola Cacic

Ukrainian tennis player Denis Molchanov completed performances in doubles at the tournament ATP 500 V Adelaide (Australia).

Molchanov performed in pairs with Nikola Cacic from Serbia. In the first round, the Ukrainian-Serbian tandem lost to the pair Andre Goransson (Sweden) / Albano Olivetti (France).

The meeting lasted one hour and 22 minutes. The fate of the match was decided in a super tiebreaker, where Goransson and Olivetti scored three wins on their opponents’ serves.

Let us remind you that Molchanov, together with Cacic, is entered into the main draw of the Australian Open 2024 doubles. The 36-year-old Ukrainian can play at the Australian Open for the third time in his career and for the first time in five years.
