‘I drank all the painkillers in the world’ – Djokovic spoke about Nadal’s injury

Former World Ranking Leader Novak Djokovic spoke about the injury of Rafael Nadal, as a result of which the Spaniard was forced to withdraw from the Wimbledon semi-finals.

“I don’t know exactly what type of injury Nadal has. If I understand correctly, it is a rupture of the abdominal muscles. I had a muscle tear on my left side. I can say that it is terribly difficult to play with such an injury. I drank all the painkillers in the world and went through various therapies and treatments, — quotes the words of Djokovic Tennis World USA.

Djokovic won Wimbledon. For him, this victory at Wimbledon was the seventh of his career and the 21st of the Grand Slam tournaments, in total he has 88 trophies under the aegis of the ATP.
