The first racket of Ukraine Svitolina will play on the night of January 15
The match schedule has been announced first round in singles on Australian Open 2024.
Two out of seven Ukrainian tennis players will start in the main draw on Sunday, January 14. Lesya Tsurenko will be the first to take the court, followed by a fight with Daria Snigur.
On Monday, January 15, five Ukrainians will play their singles matches: Elina Svitolina, Dayana Yastremska, Marta Kostyuk, Angelina Kalinina and Yulia Starodubtseva.
All fights will take place in the first half of the day, Kyiv time.
Let us remind you that seven tennis players from Ukraine are in the main draw of the Australian Open – this is a record result in the entire history of our country. Previously, a similar achievement was achieved by Ukraine at Roland Garros 2007 and Wimbledon 2008.
