Russian Aslan Karatsev rose from 38th to 39th place in the rankings of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), a new version of which was published on the organization’s website.
Karatsev failed to appear in court last week. In early January, he was injured during a tournament match in Brisbane, Australia; due to his injury, the 30-year-old tennis player misses the Australian Open.
Another representative from Russia, Pavel Kotov, fell to 65th position.
Daniil Medvedev remains third in the ranking, Andrei Rublev retains fifth place.
