The next opponent of the Ukrainian men’s team in the Davis Cup is the Israeli team. It was determined by the draw for the matches of the First World Group of the tournament.
The confrontation will take place in September of this year. As mentioned in FTU, since the previous meeting of the two teams took place in Kyiv, today we will play away.
Let’s add that this is the fourth meeting between Ukraine and Israel. Our national team won all the previous three. In 1999, we won at home with a score of 3:2. In 2017, away from home – 5:0. In 2021, the score is 3:2 at home.
The winner of this clash in 2025 will play in the Qualifier to reach the final stage of the Davis Cup.
