Athletistic / Tennis. The press service of the Women’s Tennis Association (wta) has updated the ranking of the strongest female tennis players on the planet. There was a significant change in the top 10.

Elena Rybakina from Kazakhstan, after winning the WTA-500 tournament in Abu Dhabi (UAE), moved from 5th to 4th place in the WTA rankings. The first racket in the world remains the Polish Iga Swiatek. She is followed by Belarusian Arina Sabalenka, who recently won the Australian Open, and then by American Cori Gauff.

Daria Kasatkina moved from 14th to 13th place in the WTA rankings. Last week, she reached the final of the WTA -500 tournament in Abu Dhabi (UAE), where she lost to Rybakina.

There are three other Russians in the top 20: Lyudmila Samsonova (15th) and Veronika Kudermetova (18th) and Ekaterina Alexandrova (19th).
