Athletistic / Tennis. Former world number one, legendary Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal, has said he doesn’t want his son to play tennis.

“I want my son to play another sport. Tennis has caused me too much pain and even now I feel pain just saying that. If my son wants to play tennis, I will respect his choice, but if he chooses something different, then it will be better,” La Sexta quotes Nadal as saying.

He has been playing professional tennis since 2001. Currently, he has 22 victories in Grand Slam tournaments, as well as two gold medals at the Olympics. He previously said he planned to retire next season. Last week, Rafael Nadal was forced to withdraw from the ATP tournament in Doha (Qatar) due to injury.
