The players’ meeting lasted 1 hour 18 minutes.

Swiatek became the first since Serena Williams to win the same tournament three times in a row.

Sinner made seven serves, made a service error once and converted three out of four break points. Grikspor served three times, made two service errors and did not convert a single break point out of six.

In the final of the tournament, Sinner will face Australian Alex de Minaur. Note that if he wins the final, the Italian tennis player will become the third racket in the world, ahead of the Russian Daniil Medvedev.
