Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya rose to 24th place in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings, an updated version of which was published on the organization’s website.
Kalinskaya reached the final of the tournament in Dubai (UAE) last week, where she was beaten by Italian Jasmine Paolini. The Russian went from 40th to 24th place in the world rankings. This is the highest position held by Kalinskaya, 25, in her career.
Daria Kasatkina gained one place and is now in 12th place, Ekaterina Alexandrova became the 16th racket in the world.
