Kostyuk, Kalinina, Yastremskaya and Tsurenko lost several positions
Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) published an updated ranking of tennis players.
The first racket of Ukraine Elina Svitolina rose to 17th place. We also note the 130th position of Yulia Starodubtseva. Daria Snigur rose to 135th place in the ranking, and Katerina Beindl to 181st.
Marta Kostyuk and Dayana Yastremskaya lost four positions each, and Angelina Kalinina dropped three places down. The largest drop over the week was for Katarina Zavacka (by 14 positions).
The first racket of the world remains the representative of Poland Iga Szwiatek, followed by Aryna Sabalenka and Coco Gauff from the USA. Maria Sakkari from Greece returned to the top 10, and Marketa Vondrousova and Zheng Qingwen made castlings.
