Athletistic / Tennis. The Russian Anastasia Potapova (33rd racket in the world) reached the third round (1/16 final) of the WTA-1000 tournament in Indian Wells (USA). Last night, she beat Czech Marie Bouzkova (40th ranked in the world) in straight sets with a score of 7:5, 6:1.

The tennis players spent 1 hour and 39 minutes on the court. At the end of the match, Potapova had an ace, three double faults and seven breaks from 16 break points. Bouzkova made two errors on her serve and converted four break points out of 11 possible.

Potapova’s next opponent at the Indian Wells tournament will be the winner of the match between Nadiya Podoroska (Argentina) and Kayla Day (USA).
