In the deciding set, Anya led the matches 5:3, could not claim the title and ultimately lost four matches in a row – 5:7. A little more than two weeks have passed since this fight, and both tennis players probably remember it in detail.

As for the very first confrontation between Kalinska and Paolini, it took place in 2021 in Slovenian Portorož. Then, in the second round, Paolini won with a score of 6:3, 6:2.
