Benjamín Pérez and Agustina Soto are looking for a wild card for the main draw of the French Grand Slam, through a new competition in Brazil.

From April 3 to 7, the Roland Garros Junior Series by Renault will be played on the clay courts of Sociedade Harmonia de Tênis, a traditional club from São Paulo, recognized as an exclusive Roland Garros club in Brazil. The competition will have two Chilean representatives, Benjamín Pérez and Agustina Soto.

For its second edition in the capital São Paulo, the tournament, one of the most important of its category on the continent, is the result of a collaboration between the French Tennis Federation (FFT), the South American Tennis Confederation (Cosat) and the Brazilian Tennis Confederation (CBT).

Format

This edition of the Roland Garros Junior Series by Renault It will once again be made up of 32 athletes, 16 boys and 16 girls, all under the age of 16, from 11 different countries. (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela) and will be broadcast exclusively daily in Brazil via the ESPN and Star+ channels for all of South America.
