Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal said he intends to recover by the start of the clay court season.
The multiple Grand Slam winner has not played since March 8. He withdrew from the Masters Series tournament in Indian Wells due to injury and has not taken the field since then.
“I will do everything possible to start the season on clay, that’s my goal. “I am working on this and striving to achieve this goal, but I will not talk about what could happen, because lately it has been difficult for me to make predictions,” Marca quotes the former world number one.
Grand Slam tournament on clay (“Roland Garros “) will take place from May 26 to June 9 in Paris.
