20-year-old Ovcharenko makes his debut in the top 500
Ukrainian tennis player Vitaly Sachko returned to first place in the national ranking, retaining the 265th place in the ATP world classification.
Alexey Krutykh dropped to 275th place (-33), and Ilya Marchenko, for the first time since September 2019, left the top 300, taking 306th place (-18).
Recall that two weeks ago, 22-year-old Krutykh became the first racket of Ukraine for the first time.
Alexander Ovcharenko updated his personal record by winning two consecutive ITF tournaments in Slovenia. The Ukrainian debuts in the top 500 of the world ranking, rising to 484th place (+47).
In the ATP doubles ranking, the only Ukrainian tennis player in the top 100 is Denis Molchanov – 92nd (-1).
Recall that this week Sachko plays at the ATP 250 tournament in Kitzbühel, where he got into the main draw as a lucky loser.
