The tennis players spent 1 hour and 27 minutes on the court. At the end of the match, Khachanov had six aces, two errors on his serve and four breaks from 19 break points. Djere completed five serves, committed four double faults and converted one break point out of four possible.
Karen Khachanov’s opponent in the 1/16 finals of the Miami tournament will be the Argentinian Francisco Serundolo.
The Miami Masters will end on March 31. The tournament’s prize money amounts to $8.9 million in 2024. The current winner of the competition is Russian Daniil Medvedev.
