Ukrainian tennis player Lyudmila Kichenok completed performances in the doubles tournament WTA 1000 V Miami.
Together with Elena Ostapenko from Latvia, the Ukrainian lost to the American duo Sofia Kenin / Bethanie Mattek-Sands. Initially, Kichenok and Ostapenko were supposed to play against the tandem Maria Bouzkova (Czech Republic) / Sara Sorribes Tormo (Spain), but the rivals withdrew from the tournament.
Kichenok and Ostapenko won the first set with a score of 6:4, but lost 3:6 in the second game. In the decisive set, the Americans were stronger – 10:8.
We would like to remind you that earlier Nadezhda Kichenok finished her performance at the tournament, who, paired with Wu Fansen from Taiwan, lost to Japanese Shuko Aoyama and Serbian Alexandra Krunic.
