Angelina Kalinina failed to enter the quarterfinals of the prestigious hard tournament of the WTA 1000 series in Miami, America.
In the fourth round, the Ukrainian tennis player lost to the representative of Kazakhstan, Yulia Putintseva, in two sets. The match lasted 2 hours and 23 minutes.
Note that our tennis player had an opportunity to scroll in the game, however, he did not take advantage of it. In the second game, Kalinina was ahead with a score of 4:1, but allowed her opponent to return to the game. In the 10th and 12th games, Angelina had one set point each, but failed to convert them.
This is the third meeting between Kalinina and Putintseva. The Ukrainian lost the second match.
