Russian tennis player Daniel Medvedev reached the quarterfinals of the Masters Series tournament in Miami.
Medvedev, who received the third seed, defeated the 50th racket in the world in the fourth round Dominique Köpfer from Germany with a score of 7:6 (7:5), 6:0. The meeting lasted 1 hour 31 minutes.
The victory over Köpfer was Medvedev’s 350th on the ATP Tour.
In the quarter-finals of the tournament, the Russian will face the winner of the match between Casper Ruud (Norway, 7 years old) and Nicholas Harry (Chile, 22 years old).
