His twentieth victory came in the quarter-finals of the Masters Series tournament in Miami (USA). Sinner (2) defeated the 60th racket of the world from the Czech Republic Tomas Machac with a score of 6:4, 6:2.

So far in 2024, Sinner has only suffered one defeat. This happened in the semi-finals of the Masters tournament in Indian Wells (USA), where he lost to Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz with a score of 6:1, 3:6, 2:6. He has two titles to his credit at the ATP level: a victory in Melbourne at the Australian Open and a title at the ATP-500 tournament in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
