The winner will be determined in a doubles match
Lesya Tsurenko was defeated by Jacqueline Christian in the fourth match of the confrontation Ukraine – Romania in qualification Billie Jean King Cup.
The tennis players spent almost two and a half hours on the court. In the first set, Lesya made three breaks and won 6:2. In the second and third games, the Ukrainian lost with the same score 4:6.
The score in the confrontation between Ukraine and Romania became equal – 2:2. The winner of the meeting will be determined in a doubles match, where Ukraine will be represented by Lyudmila and Nadezhda Kichenok.
Let us remember that on the first day of play, Tsurenko beat Ana Bogdan, and Elina Svitolina defeated Christian. Today Svitolina lost to Bogdan in an almost 3-hour match.
