Athletistic/Tennis. Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka, world number two and two-time Grand Slam winner, won her 90th victory at the WTA-1000 competition. Today, May 12, at the WTA-1000 clay court tournament in Rome (Italy), she defeated Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremska. The match ended with a score of 6:4, 6:2 in favor of the eighth racket in the world.

In the next round of the WTA-1000 clay court tournament in Rome, Sabalenka will meet the winner of the match between Anna Kalinskaya (Russia) and Elina Svitolina (Ukraine).

Note that the current champion of Rome is the Kazakh tennis player Elena Rybakina, who, due to illness, is not participating in the tournament. Her replacement in the tournament is French tennis player Océane Dodin, who became a lucky loser.
