They beat Russians Angelina Gabueva and Anastasia Zakharova in the deciding match.
Potapova and Sizikova won the final match with the score 6:3, 6:4. The duration of the meeting was 1 hour 9 minutes.
Potapova and Sizikova never qualified, double faulted and converted three of a possible six break points.
Previously, Potapova lost the singles final in Prague. Anastasia lost 0:6, 3:6 to Czech Marie Bouzkova in 1 hour and 11 minutes.
