The first racket of the world Iga Šwiętek won a convincing victory over the Italian Jasmine Paolini in the final Roland Garros 2024.
The fight lasted 68 minutes. In two sets, the Polish tennis player lost only three games to her opponent.
In all seven matches at WG 2024, Schwiatek lost only one set – in a confrontation with Naomi Osaka in the second round. In the semifinals, Iga defeated the third racket of the world, American Coco Gauff (6:2, 6:4). Paolini defeated the “neutral” Mirra Andreeva at the same stage.
