The Ukrainian lost to her opponent from Canada in two sets
Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snigur failed to advance beyond the 1/4 final stage of the tournament ITF W100 in English Ilkley.
The Ukrainian match against Rebecca Marino from Canada lasted only 51 minutes. In the first game, the opponents were level, but with the score 3:4, Snigur lost her serve, which predetermined the fate of the set. In the second, Daria was unable to realize a single break – again 3:6.
Let us remind you that at the previous stage the Ukrainian athlete turned out to be stronger than the Australian Maya Joynt.
Earlier, we recall that Snigur sensationally beat the first racket of Ukraine Marta Kostyuk at the start of the tournament in Nottingham, England, but in the next round she could not cope with the British Emma Raducanu.
