Daniil was unhappy that the judge took into account the Russian’s double touch. Medvedev said something emotionally to the woman who was working on the match. Judging by the movement of his lips, the Russian used obscenities. As a result, Medvedev received a warning.

“I said something there in Russian, but it was not beyond normal,” the Russian said at a news conference.

The match itself ended with Alcaraz winning in four sets. He will face Serbian Novak Djokovic in the Grand Slam final.
