The Ukrainian defeated the Czech representative in two sets
Ukrainian tennis player Katarina Zavatskaya in the semi-finals of the tournament qualification in Budapest outplayed the Czech representative Jessica Malechkova.
The Ukrainian started the first set with a lost game on her serve, but then forced her opponent to make a lot of mistakes and eventually won the game with a score of 6:4.
The second set also did not start very optimistically for Zavatskaya – she was losing 1:4, but showed character and subsequently made three breaks. As a result – victory in the set 7:5.
In the qualifying final, Katarina will face neutral Ekaterina Makarova, who today defeated British Emily Appleton in two sets.
