Athletistic/Tennis. Russian Tennis Federation President Shamil Tarpishchev shared his opinion on the match between Daniil Medvedev and Carlos Alcaraz in the Wimbledon semi-finals.

“Medvedev played well and spent the whole match at the same level. Another thing is that Alcaraz improved after the first set. He was more mobile, had incredible balls and made good predictions, guessing where Daniil would play,” Tarpishchev is quoted by TASS. “In general, Medvedev had a very good tournament and, compared to last year, he has noticeably improved on grass at Wimbledon.”

On July 12, Medvedev lost to Alcaraz in the Wimbledon semifinals in four sets – 7:6 (7:1), 3:6, 4:6, 4:6.
