Hispanic Carlos Alcaraz remained in third place in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings, published on July 15 after the end of the Wimbledon tournament.
Alcaraz became the winner of Wimbledon, in the final he defeated the Serbian Novak Djokovic, who occupies the second place in the ranking. The leader is still the Italian Jannik the fisherman who lost to Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Medvedev who lost to Alcaraz in the semi-finals, remained in fifth place in the standings. His compatriot Andrei Rublev eliminated in the first round, loses two places and now occupies eighth place.
Karen Khachanov moved up one place and is now 21st. Pavel Kotov lost seven places (60th), Roman Safiullin – 23 (67th). Aslan Karatsev left the top 100 and is now 109th.
