Athletistic / Tennis American tennis player Jeffrey-John Wolfe became a rival of Andrei Rublev in the quarterfinals of the ATP-500 tournament in Washington.

In the third round, Wolfe was stronger than Dane Holger Rune (7:5, 4:6, 6:3).

Wolfe had eight aces, two double faults and converted five of 10 break points. Rune shot 10 times, committed 10 double faults and converted four break points.

The quarter-final match between Rublev and Wolfe will take place later today on August 5. Remember that the third round matches with the participation of the two tennis players were rescheduled the day before.
