Athletistic/Tennis. Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka reacted philosophically to the defeat of American Corey Gauff in the second round of the tournament in San Jose (USA).
The game ended 6:4, 6:4 in favor of the 18-year-old American.
“Playing here, I realized that I let people call me psychologically weak for so long that I forgot who I was. I realized that kind of struggle is mine. Yes, I have lost, but I feel really confident in who I am. I feel like I’m not afraid of pressure anymore,” Osaka said as quoted by We Love Tennis.
