Athletistic/Tennis. World number one Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner has admitted he is suffering from insomnia due to the doping investigation.

“During Wimbledon I had sleepless nights, I thought about it a lot. There were also physical problems that could be linked to it, including a hip injury,” Sinner told ESPN.

On August 20, the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) released a statement announcing that Jannik Sinner had tested positive for doping twice in March.
