“At this time, reliable sources tell me that Vukov has been removed from the official list of WTA coaches, which means a ban from working on the tour,” Shapiro wrote on the social network X.
On August 23, the fourth racket of the world and Wimbledon champion Rybakina announced on a social network that she had stopped working with Vukov, with whom she had worked for five years. On August 29, the Kazakh athlete withdrew from the US Open before the second round match.
