Tennis player from Kazakhstan Yulia Puntseva apologized for her behavior during the US Open third-round match against the Italian Jasmine Paolini .
Putintseva lost to her opponent in two sets – 3:6, 4:6. At some point, the athlete clearly did not take the balls that the baller had handed her.
“I want to apologize to the ball player for the way I behaved.” It wasn’t about her. “I was very angry with myself because I didn’t win the match after a break, and then I was devastated and so lost in my thoughts that I didn’t even pay attention to what was happening and who was serving me the ball,” Putintseva wrote on the social network.
